According to the investigation, a serviceman who has combat injuries and injuries turned to the VLK due to impaired health. Despite the obvious medical grounds for commission, the process was artificially delayed.
This was used by the former deputy head of the hospital, and now the inspector of the institution. He suggested "help" in solving the issue - to influence the members of the VLK in order to make a decision on unfitness for military service. Price is $ 4,000.
In May 2025, the inspector received the first part of the bribe - $ 2,500. The second part of the money was handed over to the day when the commission was concluded.
