The management of one of the key departments of the State Emergency Service was at the epicenter of a serious service scandal. It is the director of the Department of Emergency Prevention Alexander Chekrygin, who, according to the official investigation, not only allowed systemic violations, but also involved in the loss of a million budgetary funds.
Investigation materials have already been transmitted to the SBU, which opened criminal proceedings. The service checks the facts of exceeding office, forgery and possible acquisition of undue benefit.
According to the sources of the SES, the list of the persons of the person also included the head of the Department of Fire Safety of the Department Roman Rudak, as well as other officials - Bukhanets, Kulik and Kondratenko. Their activities were evaluated as violating the legislation and the provisions on the work of the experts' certification commission in the field of fire and technogenic safety.
The official investigation, headed by the first deputy chairman of the SES Vitaliy Mironyuk, established:

lack of control by managers at the work of subordinates;

violation of the order of functioning of the commission;

Ignoring the duty to inform the SES leadership of critical issues.
But the loudest find is to initiate the cost of 1 million hryvnias for dubious registry support services, which may contain signs of official abuse. Some of the documents related to this operation are probably fake.
SES Chairman Andriy Danyk did not hide the problem. According to the commission's findings, he signed orders for disciplinary penalties:

In addition to internal responsibility, the Security Service of Ukraine is now engaged in the case. The SBU has already launched a pre -trial investigation into articles of the Criminal Code on official forgery and excess of authority.
