In Khmelnitsky a man under drug robbed a coffee shop during a curfew

In Khmelnitsky, an indictment against a 32-year-old man was sent to court, who in May 2025 had penetrated the coffee shop and carried out products and a laptop. The incident happened at night during the curfew.

According to the investigation, the attacker was intoxicated. With a screwdriver he broke the door of the establishment and carried the property. A laptop and food got into the hands of a man.

Law enforcement officers identified the offender quickly - it turned out that he was already convicted for similar offenses. This time he was detained, and the court chose him a pre -trial detention measure.

The accused is charged with a theft combined with penetration into a premises repeated (Part 3 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code). If guilty is proved, he is threatened with up to 8 years in prison.
