In Khmelnitsky shopping center, a man jumped from the second floor, waiting for the conclusion of the VLK

In Khmelnitsky, a man who was held by the Military Medical Commission at the Territorial Center of Acquisition and Social Support (TCC), jumped out of the second floor window, trying to escape. The event occurred on May 7 and immediately caused resonance on social networks, where the video of the incident appeared.

According to the regional shopping center, the man was indoors after passing the VLK and expecting her decision. During his stay in the institution, he suddenly jumped out of the second floor window. The victim was promptly provided medical care and hospitalized.

The Tax Code emphasized that no physical or psychological violence was applied to the conscript. The institution also stressed that no administrative procedure is a ground for such radical actions.

The video widespread on social networks shows how a man lies on a tile under a building and cannot get up on its own. There are people trying to help.

The circumstances of the event are clarified. Law enforcement agencies check all parts of the incident.
