In the KSCA - new appointments after corruption scandals: Klitschko changes key departments executives

The Kyiv City State Administration has a large -scale personnel renewal related to a number of corruption investigations that have accompanied the work of individual units in recent months. By order №434, Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko dismissed several high -ranking officials and appointed temporary acting.

One of the first was Ruslan Svidny - director of the Social Policy Department. The new temporary leader is appointed his deputy Max Buchenko. This was a logical consequence of the loud case of the waste of 60 million hryvnias on communal property and purchases. The SBU has already reported suspicions to several deputies of light, and he lost his position against the backdrop of public attention to the investigation.

Other changes have affected the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources. Instead of Alexander Vozny, who appears in the proceedings related to violations of environmental legislation, Sergey Saburov was temporarily occupied. The former manager is suspected of abuse when issuing permits and destroying the Desnian Luke Reserve. Vozny left his position after receiving his official suspicion, saying he was going on his own.

The changes did not miss the utility company "Special Zhitlofund". The new T.V. became Victor Kolomiets. The KSCA's decree does not contain clear terms or explanations for the powers of the new manager - it is only stated that he will head the enterprise "to resolve the issue". This can mean either a short -term replacement or a crisis pause before the final personnel.

Anti -corruption summons is increasingly affected by the formation of the capital. Appointment of T.V.O. Instead of full -fledged executives, it can be a sign of temporary decisions, but also indicates the desire of Klitschko to distance himself from the persons involved.

Further personnel appointments will probably depend on the results of pre -trial investigations and political conditions. But now it is obvious: cleansing from suspects in abuse is gaining pace.
