Metropolitan law enforcement officers detained eight participants in the organized druggery, which was engaged in the manufacture and distribution of drugs in Kiev and other regions of Ukraine. The total cost of the prohibited substances is estimated at UAH 2 million.
According to police, the organizer of criminal activity was a 32-year-old resident of Kiev, who attracted his 25-year cohabitant in the illegal business. The couple independently made amphetamine and piilocybin, after which drugs came to consumers through a well -established sales network.
During the searches, police seized significant parties of narcotic substances, equipment for their manufacture and packing, as well as documents, bank cards and communications used in the criminal scheme.
Law enforcement officers continue investigative actions to establish all involved persons and sources of supply of raw materials. The persons are charged with the organization of illegal production, storage and sale of narcotic drugs in large volumes.
