The real estate market in Kyiv is going through another stage of change, associated with a significant increase in the cost of housing. Apartment prices have risen sharply in recent months, which has created new challenges for both buyers and investors. The analysis shows a diverse picture in different districts of the capital, where each has its own characteristics and trends.
In the secondary market of Kyiv, the price of apartments has risen significantly over the past six months.
During this period, the price per square meter increased by almost UAH 5,000 - from an average of UAH 52,771 to UAH 57,730.
The cost of "squares" varies from an average of UAH 42,654 to UAH 85,791 in the districts of the capital. That is, the difference is UAH 43,173 - a whole square meter in the cheapest area.

In the cheapest segment, it is most difficult to find an advertisement for the sale of apartments, the prices of which are formed based on the cost of a "square" of 15,000 UAH. 0.1% of such ads.
