A large -scale reconstruction of abandoned kindergarten has been launched in Darnytskyi district of Kiev, which has not been operating for about 20 years. It is about the preschool "Radio Airitel" on the Kharkiv massif. It has allocated UAH 165 million from the budget, as evidenced by data from the public procurement portal.
In a row, Ukrbud Kozak, which became the sole participant of the tender, received in a row. One of the former co -owners of this firm is Mykola Rudenko - the person involved in the criminal proceedings of 2017–2018, related to the theft of budget funds for repairs in Darnytskyi district. Then the investigation suspected a group of persons in appropriation of funds with "rollbacks" 10-15% of the amount of projects. However, the case was closed in 2021.
At that time, Darnytsky district administration was headed by Vasyl Lozovy. He is now the deputy chairman of the RDA. The newly appointed President of Ukraine, the head of the district, Alexander Kovtunov left Lozovo in his post.
Our money analysts have noted that the cost of some positions in the estimate is inflated by 20-100%. This raises questions about the validity of costs and transparency of the tender procedure, especially in the state of martial law.
Nevertheless, the decision to implement the project was not reviewed, and the reconstruction of the kindergarten has already started.
