In the Poltava region, law enforcement officers stopped the activities of two residents of Lubny, who in the Viber messenger disseminated information about the places of work of military enlistment offices and police. This was reported by the Poltava Regional Prosecutor's Office.
According to the investigation, in the fall of 2024, women created a community in the messenger, where they published locations of mobilization measures, fixing them personally on phones. The participants of the group were other users who also exchanged information on the movement of employees of the Lubensky District CCC and JV, as well as police.
These actions were used to evade the serving of the narratives. That is why law enforcement officers qualified the case as an obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces and other military formations in the conditions of a special period - under Part 1 of Art. 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
One of the women has already been criminally prosecuted. The trial of the second is ongoing.
