In Germany and Switzerland, law enforcement officers detained three citizens of Ukraine who are suspected of preparing sabotage to order Russian special services. About it reports the German edition of Spiegel with reference to its own sources.
According to the publication, two suspects were detained on weekends, the third - on Tuesday. Arrests were held in German cities of Constanta and Cologne, as well as in Switzerland.
It is about Vladislav T., Danylo B. and Eugene B. All three have been charged with "agent activity for the purpose of diversion." The investigation believes that the detainees have agreed to accomplish the tasks of the Russian special services, which consisted in the departure of explosive parcels and arson.
In particular, according to Spiegel, they have already started training: they sent trial parcels with GPS trackers to track the delivery route. According to the investigation, the trackers were purchased in Switzerland by Eugene B., who handed them to Daniel B. in Constanta. The latter sent the devices to Cologne, where Vladislav T. organized a test post to Ukraine.
The investigation is ongoing, and now the German prosecutor's office and special services are checking the extent of the preparation of possible sabotage and connections of detainees with representatives of the special services of the Russian Federation.
