In Kryvyi Rih, the court was punished by a local entrepreneur Dmitry Borisovich Maznytsia, who organized the transfer of bribes to ensure a successful passing of a practical driving exam. About it reports 368.Media with reference to the sentence of the metallurgical district court, made under Part 2 of Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The investigation found that Maznytsia was conspired with unidentified persons in the premises of the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs №1248, located on Strelnikova Street, 15. He offered to citizens "assistance" for 15 thousand hryvnias, promising to resolve the issue of passing a practical exam for obtaining a driver.
On February 18, 2025, Maznitsa offered a citizen his "service", and on February 25 he received money in the TSC office, after which he was detained by law enforcement.
During the trial, the defendant fully pleaded guilty, repented, and appealed to a simplified consideration without calling witnesses. The court found it inappropriate to investigate the evidence that was not contested.
As a result, Maznitsa was found guilty and a fine of UAH 42,500 was imposed.
It is known that TSC №1248, in which the transfer of funds took place, is headed by Alexander Eremenko.
