After the girl was born on May 1, 2025, she agreed to transfer the baby to the resident of the Belopil community with the proposal of fictitious paternity. Initially, the woman received a deposit of $ 1,000 and was detained by law enforcement during the transfer of the principal amount.

Its actions are qualified under Article 15, paragraph 2 and part 3 of Article 149 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - a completed attempt on trade in a minor child. Currently, the indictment is sent to court for consideration.
