On May 16, the Executive Committee of the Lviv City Council provided town planning conditions and restrictions for a new stage of emily Resort in Vinnytsia. It is about the construction of a hotel and health complex and a multifunctional building with a roof used.

Construction is planned in sites near Vinnytsia Lake, in particular on the streets of Bohdan Khmelnitsky and Fun. The customers of the project are LLC "Emily Resort" and Yulia Kozlovskaya - wife of Lviv businessman Grigory Kozlovsky, owner of the resort complex.
"In addition to the complex, which is already nearby, entrepreneurs plan new buildings and want to solve the issue of parking, which is acute there," - said Lviv chief architect Anton Kolomeytsev.
Back in September 2024, the Lviv City Council approved a detailed plan of the territory in Vinnytsia with an area of 118.8 hectares. It covers part of the Vinnytsia forest and adjacent to Emily Resort. According to the plan, there is a construction of a spa, hotel buildings and facilities of the football academy.
Against the backdrop of large -scale construction, the attention of the public attracts the investigation of NABU on the circumstances of privatization of almost 16 hectares of land around the Vinnytsia Lake, where Emily Resort is already located. Despite investigative actions, the city authorities have granted new construction permits.
Earlier, activists have repeatedly expressed concern about the environmental effects of building near the lake, as well as the transparency of land allotment procedures.
