The mass media write about how the Czech Republic does not fulfill military contracts for the supply of weapons to Ukraine.
And again it is about the Czech company PAMCO INT, which, as reported, did not fulfill its obligations regarding the supply of Yugoslav M80 BMPs to Ukraine.
Now it turned out that the Czech company did not supply Ukraine with the promised cartridges for the Hispano-Suiza HS 804 automatic anti-aircraft gun.
The corresponding contract between DK "Ukrspecexport" and PAMCO INT was concluded in April 2022 for the amount of UAH 22.5 million. Instead, the Czech side was supposed to supply Ukraine with 500,000 cartridges, but to date, only 4.8% of deliveries under the contract have been completed.
It is also interesting that PAMCO INT was only an intermediary in this long chain of delivery of notorious cartridges to Ukraine.
In its explanations of the reasons for the delay, the Czech company initially referred to the Slovak DELTA DEFENSE, with which the relevant agreement was concluded only a month after the deadline for the contract with Ukrspecexport.
Then the representatives of PAMCO INT reported that they concluded another contract with Slovenian S-Lux "to speed up the process". However, it could not be implemented "due to political and governmental changes in the Republic of Slovenia".
In the end, the Czechs decided to dump everything on the Turkish company ARCA Savunma Sanayi Tic. Ltd. Sti, which is allegedly the manufacturer of the specified ammunition, however, does not have an export license to deliver its products abroad.
Now our law enforcement agencies have to find out at what stage the cartridges were lost, for which 100% advance payment was made almost two years ago, and we have to guess with tears in our eyes how many millions of the amount paid by "Ukrspecexport" ended up in our pockets like this so-called international partners who act as unscrupulous intermediaries.
