According to our source, factories in Poland, the Czech Republic, and the Baltic States, where Ukrainian military equipment is being repaired, are experiencing serious delays and problems. These problems are caused by several factors, among which it is worth noting:
- Lack of components.
- Bureaucratic obstacles.
- Insufficient funding.
This situation has a direct impact on the front, where there has long been a shortage not only of ammunition, but also of equipment. For example, in the Czech Republic, the VOP CZ military repair plant has not yet started repairing Ukrainian T-64 tanks, which was agreed upon back in June of last year.
It was planned that the modernized tanks would immediately go to the front, but the plant has not yet received a single combat vehicle, the company's spokesman, Rostislav Roznovsky, said.
"The company is ready to start working on tanks at any moment. However, at the moment there is nothing for us to repair, since the Ukrainian side has not yet handed over a single tank," he said. The representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic refused to comment on this situation.
The Ukrainian side also did not express its position on this issue.
