Famous Ukrainian rapper and producer Oleksiy Potapenko, better known as Potap, has taken to social media to reveal his whereabouts. The artist posted a new photo against the backdrop of the United Arab Emirates, noting that he is currently in Dubai.
In his Instagram post, Potap announced that he had arrived in Dubai for work purposes. He emphasized that this city inspires him, noting the rapid development of the metropolis in the context of international business. “We return to the Dubai office again and again! To watch how this megacity grows together with international business, to enjoy and recharge with businessmen from all over the world,” the rapper wrote.
After the outbreak of the Great War, Potap left Ukraine and apparently has no plans to return. He has lived and worked in various countries, including Spain, Mexico, Bulgaria, and Poland, and has now found refuge in the UAE. Although the rapper occasionally shares news about the war in Ukraine, he mostly shows off his life abroad.
It is worth noting that Potap's absence from Ukraine during the war has drawn criticism from colleagues and fans. One of the participants of "Voice of the Country" previously described Potap as "arrogant" and expressed regret over his choice as a coach.
