Ukrainian TV presenter Ostapchuk and his ex-wife put up for sale a two-story house near Kyiv

For two long years, the former spouses — Khrystyna Gornyak and Volodymyr Ostapchuk — could not reach an agreement on joint property after their divorce in 2022. The conflict was even complicated by the intervention of the presenter's current wife, Kateryna. In the end, the situation ended in Khrystyna's favor.

On her Instagram, Gornyak announced that they had finally agreed to sell the house near Kyiv. Its area is 177 square meters, and the plot is 8 acres.

The first floor has a kitchen-dining room, a living room with access to the terrace, a guest room, a bathroom, a boiler room and a pantry. The second floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dressing room and a balcony-terrace.

The former couple plans to receive $210,000 for the two-story house without renovation. Khrystyna added that the house is located in the prestigious cottage town of Zolochie, and she hopes that the new owners will be worthy and pleasant residents.
