At the beginning of February 2025, the first official meetings of representatives of Ukraine with the team of the newly elected US President Donald Trump will take place in Washington. The negotiations will take place within the framework of "Ukrainian Week", which is scheduled for February 3-8.
This was stated by the leader of the "Servant of the People" faction, David Arakhamia, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
As Arahamiya reported, it is about "contacts" and not the negotiation process.
"At the beginning of February, there will be "Ukrainian Week" in Washington. I think that, in fact, the main processes, the main negotiations with Trump's new team will take place there, so we are waiting," said David Arahamia.
"Ukrainian Week" will be held from February 3 to 8, 2025. The event is organized to deepen cooperation between Ukraine and the USA. The program will include meetings, round tables and forums with the participation of representatives of both countries. The main topics of discussion are partnership in the sphere of security, economy and democracy.
This advocacy week will become an important platform for contacting the new US administration and determining priorities for further cooperation.
