Ukrainians will not be able to sell or move cars registered with the TCC

According to the information published by "Sudovo-yuridichnya Gazeta", after the new law on mobilization comes into force, Ukrainians will not be able to sell and move outside their regions cars that are on military registration in the Territorial Centers for Completion and Social Support (TCC).

It is prohibited to move cars registered in the TCC to other regions or to sell them. Moreover, regardless of the sex and age of the car owner, all Ukrainians (not only conscripts) are subject to transport duty.

With such cars, any actions "that exclude the transfer of such vehicles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations" are prohibited.

It is possible to send such cars to other regions only after notifying the TCC about the location of the vehicles and for a period of no more than one month.
