to contact the CCC at the place of registration with a written request regarding the presence or absence of you in the database;

to apply for registration at the actual place of residence, if the current shopping center is not true;

Store all documents that confirm the change of residence, withdrawal from accounting or appeal to the authorities.
In case of refusal or omission from the CCC, you should apply to the Ministry of Defense or sue.
