Ukrainians should not worry: Schmigal denied rumors about raising tariffs

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmigal assured citizens that in the near future there would be no increase in electricity tariffs. He cooperates about it during a press conference, stressed that the government controls the breach of the energy market and is working on a stable price for consumers.

We do not have a discussion about tariffs in the government today. That is, we have not considered the possibility of raising tariffs in the near future

Smigal explained.

On February 24, Ukrenergo reported that the level of electricity consumption in Ukraine decreased by 2.3% compared to the previous working day. According to the information, the Ukrainian power system continues to be restored after Russian massive rocket and okola attacks.
