Ukrainians need to purchase energy equipment for 3-4 thousand dollars, - Svyatoslav Pavlyuk

Svyatoslav Pavlyuk, executive director of "Energy-efficient cities of Ukraine", said that all apartments should purchase energy equipment worth 3-4 thousand dollars. He also accused the Ukrainians of not preparing for such a development, stressing that the funds were spent on various needs, except for energy equipment.

"The fact that you have been underpaying for electricity for many years can be considered as savings, which must now be spent on an updated energy supply system. I understand that there is no money, but it was spent," said Pavlyuk.

According to him, a tariff that did not sufficiently cover the cost of electricity operated in Ukraine for decades.
