In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a sentence was issued to a citizen who worked for the Russian special service. The Kamyansky Factory District Court found it guilty of treason and sentenced to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.
According to the resource "Judicial Reporter", the woman lived in the city of Pokrovsk, Donetsk region and, with pro -Russian views, since 2022 maintained connection with the unidentified representative of the FSB of Russia through Telegram.
According to the task of Russian curators, in June 2024, she rented an apartment and installed a hidden video surveillance there - mobile phones directed at a certain point. The Russian intelligence service had an online access to broadcasting from this apartment.
The second episode looks especially cynical: by order of the FSB, a woman placed a camera in the premises of the Holy Volodymyr Temple in Pokrovsk. The device was set up to remove the roadway nearby - and worked for several months. When the connection with the camera was lost, the malefactor came to the temple and reinforced it.
In August 2024, she took a picture of cars with the symbols of the Armed Forces near the temple and handed pictures to her curators. And in September, four more times transferred information to the Russians about the movement of Ukrainian military and equipment.
The defendant admitted her guilt and declared repentance. In court, she claimed that she cooperated with the investigation and helped in the crime.
However, Themis was ruthless: the court sentenced him to 15 years in prison with full confiscation of property.
