Ukrzaliznytsya has undergone a large -scale cyberattack: tickets can only be purchased at cash desks

Ukrzaliznytsia has become a target of large-scale and multi-level cyberattacks, which caused failures of the company's online systems. Nevertheless, trains movement has not been violated and occurs in accordance with the schedule.

The attack was complicated and well planned

The press center of Ukrzaliznytsia stated that the attack was carefully organized and non -trivial, and its consequences are still eliminated. The recovery of services began immediately after the incident and continues.

Key operating processes have been translated into a reserve regime, which avoided critical disruptions in trains.

This was reported at the Ukrzaliznytsia Press Center, noting that the attack was carefully planned and non -trivial.

Despite the attack, key operating processes were translated into a reserve regime, which avoided trains. Specialists of Ukrzaliznytsia together with the SBU Cyber Department are working on a complete restoration of systems.

"The railway continues movement despite physical attacks on infrastructure, not stopping it and the most underlying cyberattacks! Thanks to the implemented reservation protocols, we have maintained the stability of transportation," the company said.

Due to the complexity of the attack and its multi-stage, experts check them for possible vulnerability before starting online services.

How does ticket sales work right now
