The government plans to pay 1,500 hryvnias for sports for veterans and people with disabilities

The Ukrainian government has announced a new initiative to support combatants and people with war-related disabilities. In particular, they plan to pay veterans 1,500 hryvnias every month for sports. This will be another step towards the integration of veterans into society through physical activity and sports programs.

"Participants of hostilities and persons with disabilities as a result of the war will be paid 1,500 hryvnias once a quarter for sports in sports clubs," wrote the People's Deputy.

It is not known exactly when payments will begin and how their intended use will be monitored. Honcharenko has not disclosed any details at the moment.
