Deputy Minister of Economy Ihor Fomenko explained that these changes are not a new reservation model, but a modernization of the current Resolution No. 76.

- Reservation of 100% of employees of enterprises building fortifications for the period of validity of the construction contract.
Fomenko noted that these changes will allow enterprises that produce weapons for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to better plan their work and work effectively to increase defense capabilities, and energy enterprises to provide the population with heat and electricity.
In addition, the government increased the terms of reservation of employees of critical enterprises from 6 months to one year and allowed the reservation of conscripts regardless of age, military rank or VOS, even if it is in short supply.
