The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced the launch of the "Ukrainian logistics point", which will function both within the country and outside its borders. This initiative is in line with a new government regulation aimed at regulating international military aid and improving supply logistics.
The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Stanislav Hayder, emphasized that the "Ukrainian logistics point" is a Ukrainian division of the international hub, which unites the logistics network of partners from Ukraine. This move will allow for better coordination of the movement of military personnel for training abroad and to improve the delivery of military aid.
The "Ukrainian logistics point" includes representatives of the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other state bodies, as necessary. This will contribute to better coordination of the reception and transportation of goods, as well as ensure the consolidation of Ukrainian military aid into a single report.
Stanislav Heyder noted that previously the activities of Ukrainian personnel at the international Hub were not adequately regulated, which led to a number of difficulties. Now there is an opportunity to synchronize data on received assistance at the state level, which will contribute to more efficient use of resources.
