According to the new law on mobilization, Ukrainians must now not only clarify their military registration data at the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC) by July 18, but also undergo a medical examination again, even if they are granted a postponement. Roman Istomin, the speaker of the Poltava TCC, announced this.
According to him, the medical commission is one of the points of clarification of data.
"Therefore, there is no need to be afraid of this or to blame the TCC for the illegality of such a referral," said the military officer.
We will remind that after passing the medical commission, a person can be handed a "combat summons" - a mobilization order that requires him to appear at the specified place and time for immediate entry into the army. Failure to appear on such a summons may result in criminal liability.
We also note that the law provides for the possibility of specifying data in the conscript's electronic account. It is not yet known how things will go with the medical board in such cases. The Cabinet of Ministers is currently developing an algorithm for clarifying data in electronic form.
