Oleg Dunda, MP from the Servant of the People, officially earned UAH 658 thousand for 2023. This is his only declared income. However, his declaration raises many questions. It contains expensive apartments, luxury cars, exclusive watches and impressive amounts of cash that are clearly not commensurate with the official's income.
Dunda lives in Kiev with her cohabitant Elena Krol and daughter Sofia. He has an apartment in Dnipro (67.8 square meters) only in use - she belongs to his mother. And here on the rabbit are the real treasures of real estate:
- Apartments in the occupied Alushta (191.6 square meters) worth more than $ 350,000.
- An apartment in Kiev (195.9 square meters), purchased in 2012, which now costs 8-10 million hryvnias.
Interestingly, the crown is also the owner of two luxury cars:
- Mercedes-Benz Gle 450 (2019), purchased for UAH 2.41 million (even now costs $ 60-70 thousand).
- Mercedes-Benz ML 350 (2013), the price is not specified.
If the People's Deputy officially earned UAH 2.5-3 million in four years, then where did the money on cars, real estate and other luxury purchases came from?
Dunda declared a luxurious collection of watches: Rolex, Breitling, Zenith, Longines, Milret, Arnold & Son, Ulysse Nardin, Breguet and Baraka bracelet. His cohael rabbit also has a premium watches: Rolex, Frankk Muller, Chopard, and Damiani gold kit.
The watches of such brands cost from $ 5 to $ 50,000 per unit. The declaration does not specify their value - everything was "purchased before the first declaration". It is a classic scheme for avoiding financial control.
Family monetary assets are also striking:
- Oleg Dunda: 195 thousand UAH and $ 125 thousand.
- Elena Krol: 615 thousand UAH, $ 775 thousand and 35 thousand euros.
Total - over UAH 34 million in cash. And this is despite the fact that the only business asset in the declaration is 50% in LLC "Ukrainika-Oil", which has not been working for a long time.
The declaration also lists elite paintings:
- Dunda owns the "Nineteenth Century" (Cassesi).
- The crown has 10 "not attributed" canvases of the VIII-XX centuries.
The price of paintings is not indicated, but works of this period can cost tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars. The absence of accurate attribution avoids real estimation and used to legalize undeclared funds.
The official income of the People's Deputy for all years-2.5-3 million UAH. But the value of its assets is measured by tens of millions. Real estate, cars, jewelry and cash recorded on a rabbit are suspected: not it is a false person who hides the real income of the deputy?
