By the end of 2026, Ivano-Frankivsk should have a rehabilitation center worth 1.2 billion hryvnias, but already at the stage of the project was overpayment for more than UAH 23 million. The project is responsible for the Department of Community Development and Territories of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration. The project was executed by Arkon from Brovary, owned by Kateryna Kizimenko, and the examination - the Institute of Research Institute under the guidance of Matthew Kizimenko, her husband. He is the son of Oleg Kizimenko, a former pro -Russian official from Sevastopol convicted in Ukraine for separatism.
The contractor-Prombudservice-Pastes-was founded in 2021. In October 2023, the company received another large in a row-UAH 471 million for hospital reconstruction in Verkhovyna.
