By the end of 2026, Ivano-Frankivsk should have a rehabilitation center worth 1.2 billion hryvnias, but already at the stage of the project was overpayment for more than UAH 23 million. The project was executed by Arkon from Brovary, owned by Kateryna Kizimenko, and the examination - the Institute of Research Institute under the guidance of Matthew Kizimenko, her husband. He is the son of Oleg Kizimenko, a former pro -Russian official from Sevastopol convicted in Ukraine for separatism.
