The editors of our publication have received documents according to which the capital KP "Kyivtransparkservice" belongs to the objects of critical infrastructure, and Kyiv parkers receive the right to reservation from mobilization.
As stated in Order No. 358 of April 24, 2024, signed by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Colonel-General Serhiy Popko: "the municipal enterprise "Kyivtransparkservice" meets the criteria specified in subparagraphs 4-6 of paragraph 2 of the Procedure and criteria for determining enterprises, institutions and organizations that are critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in a special period, and are critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population of the territorial community of the city of Kyiv in a special period".
We remind you that the activities of the KP "Kyivtransparkservice" have repeatedly come under the attention of law enforcement officers. In particular, the city's law enforcement officers continue to record numerous violations in the activities of the "Kyivtransparkservice" KP. Currently, as part of two criminal proceedings, investigators are studying the facts of the loss by this enterprise and, as a result, by the budget of Kyiv, of funds in the total amount of about 433 million hryvnias.
