Details of the situation
According to the information of the State Audit Service, in 2018, an investment agreement was signed, which provided for the development of part of the territory of the botanical garden. This decision contradicts the status of the botanical garden, which is included in the nature reserve fund of Ukraine.
The Botanical Garden is an object of national importance, which provides a special regime of protection, reproduction and use in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Nature Reserve Fund of Ukraine".
