Former Deputy Head of the Central Interregional Directorate of the LCA of Kyiv and the region Dmitry Petrov, who returned to the post of Deputy Head of the Department of International Legal Cooperation of the Prosecutor General's Office, declared cash savings of about 10 million hryvnias.
This data was established by the analysis of its previous declarations, which remained open, despite the fact that the NAPC removed the declarations of a scandalous official from public access.
According to official data, Petrov lives in the wealthy suburb of Kiev - the village of Khodosivka, Obukhov district. It is owned by two houses:
-
222.1 square meters. m (registered September 13, 2017)
-
150.4 square meters. m (registered on August 15, 2018)
The cost of real estate is not specified, and the location is designated as "unknown", which may indicate a conscious incomplete filling in the declaration.
The wife of the prosecutor, Lyudmila Prikhodko, also has non -residential premises:
-
48.4 square meters. m purchased in September 2019 for UAH 1.95 million
-
54.1 square meters. m purchased in October 2019 for UAH 1.13 million
The most interesting asset of the family is 54 land plots purchased from May 2021 to August 2022. Of these, only one belongs to the prosecutor himself, while the remaining 53 are decorated with family members. The total cost of the areas where it was indicated amounted to UAH 3.85 million.
In December 2021, the Petrov family acquired several large land plots of 20 thousand square meters each for about 76 thousand hryvnias per site. This cost looks abnormally low for the Kiev region.
The declaration shows that the Petrov family has several expensive cars at once:
-
Volvo XC (2021) - UAH 1.72 million
-
Renault Sandero (2021) - 490 thousand UAH
-
Volvo XC90 (2021) owned by wife - 2 million hryvnias
The family also has a generator FDG18.1k3 for 263 thousand hryvnias, and Lyudmila Prikhodko owns a ROLEX clock worth UAH 242 thousand.
In 2022, Petrov earned 620 thousand UAH of salary. In addition, he received 416 thousand hryvnias from the sale of property (from Klova PM), 180 thousand hryvnias from Tokarsky OA and 10.3 thousand hryvnias of social assistance.
The prosecutor's wife also had considerable income:
-
822 thousand hryvnias from business activity
-
453 thousand hryvnias for lease of property
-
1.67 million hryvnias from real estate sale
-
6.5 thousand hryvnias received because of “support”
The most striking amount of cash savings:
-
Petrov himself - $ 74.3 thousand
-
His wife has $ 132,000, 89 thousand euros and £ 20,000
These assets are about 10 million hryvnias.
Interesting detail - on December 2, 2024, Petrov filed a declaration before dismissal, in which all sections on property, income and finances are marked as "Information missing".
The law allows not to repeat information about assets unless they have changed since the submission of the previous annual declaration. However, the complete lack of data in all sections can indicate both a technical error and a conscious concealment of property.
In 2024, Petrov made two sales of movable property (March 21 and September 22) and two purchases (September 4 and September 12), but did not specify the cost of transactions.
Petrov's previous position in the State Migration Service is related to potential corruption risks - issuing passports, residence permits, etc.
Without official revenue data in 2024, it is difficult to say whether his release has a strange increase in assets. But the availability of millions of savings, a large amount of real estate and the concealment of data in the declaration leave a lot of questions that should be interested in anti -corruption authorities.
