Our source in the OP said that the General Staff insists on electronic subpoenas and decided to raise the issue in July, when the results of the mobilization will be clear.
Ukrainians make changes to their military data through the "Reserve+" application. It has been clarified whether it is planned to be used for sending summonses and referrals to the VLK.
Member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, People's Deputy Fedir Venislavskyi, shared information about the possible use of electronic summonses and referrals to the VLK in the context of increased mobilization in Ukraine.
Venislavsky emphasized that there are no plans to introduce electronic summons through the "Rezerv+" application. He explained this by the decision taken during the discussion of the draft law on mobilization. The idea of electronic summons did not find support among the participants of the discussion, so it will not be implemented.
Regarding referrals to the medical commission, Venislavsky clarified that the law on mobilization does not provide for the possibility of using electronic means of communication for this purpose. Thus, through the "Rezerv+" application, referrals to the VLK will not be sent in accordance with current legislation.
