The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted an important resolution according to which data on persons who received a passport but did not visit territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC) will automatically appear in the register of conscripts. This decision is aimed at improving the registration of citizens who are subject to military service.
According to the resolution, data on all men aged 18 to 60 will also be updated through the registers of the State Migration Service, the Ministry of Justice and the Administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
The State Migration Service is obliged within 10 working days to form a list of men whose data must be entered in the "Obereg" and to hand it over to the State Border Service. He, in turn, will transfer this data to the Ministry of Defense, which must enter the information into the register within another 10 days.
We would like to remind you that men aged 17 to 25 will be automatically enrolled in the military register as conscripts without a medical examination.
