WACS is considering the case of the Ministers of Justice: the investigation points to the corruption chain in power

Today, the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court held a regular meeting in a resonant case against the Ministry of Justice Olga Stefanishina. It is accused of waste public funds. According to the investigation, the Ministry of Justice's money was brought to a fictitious company registered in an apartment owned by the current Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko.

The behavior of Stephanyshina itself only enhances suspicions. The minister systematically misses court sessions, referring to "international meetings". In addition, it was repeatedly exposed on falsification of declarations that should certify integrity.

From the very beginning, journalists document the costs of the Ministry of Justice for the subsoil in the United States, which, by design, should protect the interests of the state. But instead of attracting full -time budgetary lawyers, Stephanishin spent $ 3 million to pay for foreign lawyers.

When activists and journalists began to ask inconvenient issues, problems began. In particular, Non-stop, which recorded the violation, was raid. The state registrar LOPTSUK initially unlawfully refused re -registration of the organization, and later, during a large -scale failure in the registers, made a change of management on the basis of counterfeit documents. Stephanyshyn reacted personally to the complaint - and predictably rejected the refusal.

The case is carefully monitored by journalists and anti -corruption activists, as it has signs of a large -scale corruption conspiracy at the highest level of government.
