Despite the ongoing war, rental prices in Kyiv continue to rise. According to the data of the profile portal M2bomber, since the beginning of the year, the rental price has jumped by almost 50%.
Over the past six months, the rent of apartments in the capital has become more expensive by UAH 7.6 thousand, which takes into account the total cost of housing on the market, regardless of the number of rooms. For example, if six months ago the average rental price was UAH 15.91 thousand, now it has reached UAH 23.5 thousand. Thus, tenants have to pay 47.7% more. The cost of renting housing in Kyiv increased by UAH 200 per month (by 0.8%), and by UAH 6,000 per year (by 34.7%).
As for prices for specific types of apartments, one-room apartments usually cost UAH 15.2 thousand (16.4% share of all ads), while two-room apartments cost UAH 20.4 thousand (11.6% share). Three-room apartments are most often offered for UAH 46,000 (8% share).
The difference in the rental price of apartments in different districts of Kyiv can range from 12.5 thousand UAH to 29.46 thousand UAH, which is 16.96 thousand UAH between the most expensive and the cheapest offer.

- Svyatoshyn district — UAH 14,000
- Obolonsky district — UAH 17,000
- Darnytskyi district — UAH 18,000
The most expensive rental:
- Pechersky District — UAH 29.46 thousand

- Dnipro district — UAH 27.97 thousand

- Holosiivskyi district — UAH 26.96 thousand
