According to the latest reports, all draft deferments in Ukraine expire on November 9, regardless of when they were issued. This means that even those who received a deferment very recently will have to apply for an extension.
This was stated by Roman Istomin, the speaker of Poltava TCC.
He reminded that the postponement is granted for a maximum of 90 days, in accordance with the presidential decrees on the continuation of mobilization.
"The postponement granted, for example, on August 12, is valid until November 9. Then a new presidential decree extending the period of mobilization will enter into force, and men will re-apply for the postponement, or it will be extended through the unified state register. But this does not happen automatically - the man has to deal with this process himself," Istomin said.
You can submit an application through "Rezerv+" or in paper form. Then the person can be summoned to the VLK or provide additional documents.
