Tomorrow, the Verkhovna Rada will vote on the water tax. People's Deputy of Ukraine Yaroslav Zheleznyak wrote about this in his Telegram channel "Iron People's Deputy".
"Tomorrow, the committee will present a draft law on... introducing a tax on water, including mineral and carbonated water, with the addition of sugar or other sweetening or flavoring substances," he wrote.
It looks especially interesting against the background of record heat in Ukraine and constant blackouts, when bottled water can be almost the only source of drinking water.
