The situation with a Visa top manager traveling abroad with his mistress during martial law caused a stir on social media.

“ Back in December last year, a scandal broke out when Anton Pyatygin, a deeply married father of two children and part-time Vice President of Visa for the CIS and Southeast Europe, turned out to be the lover. It turned out that he used business trips for romantic trips, which contradicts Ukrainian martial law legislation ,” notes blogger Alena Yakhno.
Previously, Anton Pyatigin's wife, with whom he is in a registered marriage and has two minor children, also posted on her Facebook page, where she noted that her husband: “ Anton Pyatigin, who holds the position of Vice President of Visa in the CIS and Southern Europe, using documents, namely a reservation from Visa (which is a public company) for business trips, regularly goes on vacation to the EU, which contradicts Ukrainian martial law legislation. ”

As a reminder, Anton Pyatigin became Vice President of Visa, heading the Visa Consulting and Analytics division in the CIS and Southeastern Europe at the end of 2023. Prior to that, he served as an independent member of the supervisory board of the state-owned Oschadbank for two years.
