War for the poor and peasants

Reservations for money cannot be introduced, because the war in Ukraine will be the fate of the poor and peasants. This opinion was expressed by lawyer and advisor to Gracers Law Firm Serhiy Savynskyy draft law on mobilization

According to him, the bill clearly defines who can be booked and who can get a deferral. At enterprises that ensure the operation of critical infrastructure, up to 50% of employees can be booked. If we talk about the private sector, then there are a lot of proposals. One of them suggests giving reservations to those who generate 50,000 hryvnias of their own income and pay taxes. But, in my opinion, such selection cannot be introduced.

“The war has now turned into a war for the poor and those in the villages. It is impossible to receive an official salary of 50,000 hryvnias there, basically the minimum wage,” Savynskyi noted.

He added that the Cabinet of Ministers should answer the question about reservations.

“This is a complex issue, even a bit moral, so competent people should bear responsibility,” the lawyer emphasized.

For our part, let's be frank - if the bill is passed, Ukraine will face total control over its male population. In essence, a new serfdom will be officially established in the country, where citizens have only duties but no rights. Moreover, the only beneficiaries of the bill on mobilization will be military commissars - the new "elite" in Ukraine that is fighting, since the amounts of "redemptions" from the front will increase sharply throughout the country.
