The Military Academy won a refund for training

The Lviv District Administrative Court made a decision in favor of the National Academy of Land Forces named after Hetman Peter Sahaidachny in the case of the deducted cadet of Yarina L., which should compensate the educational institution of 450 thousand hryvnias for the period of study.

According to the court, the girl studied at the Military Academy from August 2022 to April 2025. It was on full state security, but in April 2025 submitted a report on voluntary deduction, motivating it with a reluctance to continue their studies.

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 964 of July 12, 2006, the cadet had to reimburse the costs associated with its maintenance in the educational institution. The total amount is 450 thousand hryvnias, of which 280 thousand - cash, and more than 100 thousand - food.

After the deduction of Yarin, L. did not voluntarily paid this amount. The Academy went to court to recover the debt. The deducted cadet did not exercise the right to give a lawsuit.

Judge Natalia Kuhar, having considered the case file, satisfied the claim and obliged to pay the specified amount. The solution can be appealed.
