In the Rivne region there was an incident with the participation of servicemen of the territorial center of acquisition and social support (TCC and JV). According to the press service of the regional shopping center, one of the military was injured during the performance of their duties.
The event happened on Saturday, July 5, in the village of Orlovka. A group of servicemen made a notification of citizens and verification of documents. At this point, there was a conflict between the military and a group of locals. During the clash of a senior soldier, they hit the head.
Police were called to the scene. The injured serviceman was hospitalized. His condition is not specified at this time.
Criminal proceedings were opened after the attack. The Unified Register of Pre -trial Investigations included data under Part 2 of Art. 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - "Threat or violence against an official who performs responsibilities for the protection of public order".
The Tax Code emphasized that employees performed tasks as intended in accordance with the current legislation. Law enforcement agencies are currently establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
