The former teacher of the Faculty of Journalism of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Joseph Los, sued to be reinstated. Earlier he was released after public charges of sexual harassment by former students.

"I do not know what decision the court will make, but if the university will not actively defend the position on dismissal, then the court can stand on the moose," the situation commented.
After the scandal, the profile of Joseph the moose disappeared from the site of the faculty, and the ethical commission of the university recommended to be released. This recommendation was later implemented.
The moose denies his guilt and insists that the accusations are unfounded. At the same time, the Lviv police confirmed that it is conducted on the facts announced in the public space.
According to Catherine Rodak, her story is not single. After the publication on Facebook in early 2024, other students who studied at the Faculty of LNU Journalism were similar to the same experience.
