The Northeast Office of the State Audit Service of Ukraine began monitoring the purchase of a minibus for the executive committee of the Kremenchug City Council. It is about the purchase of a Citroën Spacetourr car, the cost of which can be 1 million 798 thousand hryvnias.
Only one company - Processing Center LLC, which filed 1 million 796 thousand UAH, took part in the tender. According to the results of the competition, the executive committee published a protocol on the intention to conclude an agreement with this participant.
Processing Center LLC was registered in 2019 in Kremenchug. Currently, the director of the company is Tatiana Urbanik, and the founder is Anna Kramarenko from Kiev. At the same time, according to journalists, earlier the owners of this company were the expirer of the Minister for Housing and Communal Services Ruslan Kramarenko and former Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov.
Today, the company is not officially related to the persons, but the past ownership is attracting the attention of the public and control bodies, in particular in the context of public procurement.
The agreement has not yet been signed, and its final implementation may depend on the results of monitoring by the State Judicial Service.
