A high-ranking official of the Lviv MSEK hid property worth 6 million hryvnias

The State Bureau of Investigation has exposed a high-ranking official of the Lviv Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEK) for concealing the property value of more than 6 million hryvnias . She is informed of the suspicion of non-declaration of valuable assets, which is a serious violation of the anti-corruption legislation of Ukraine.

In particular, the woman arranged luxury cars for her relatives - BMW X5 2023 and Mercedes GLE 2023.

The official also rents a space in the parking lot located in her house.

Suspicion has been brought forward for h. 1 Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - "Declaration of false information". The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of up to two years.

In addition, the suspect wants to choose a preventive measure in the form of bail and removal from office. She was handed the relevant petition, and the final decision will be made by the court.
