The parliamentary committee continued consideration of amendments to the draft law on mobilization related to postponement and reservation. Committee member Iryna Friz told who will not receive a deferment from mobilization under the new draft law.
Freeze noted that the committee did not support the postponement for the following categories of persons:
- Persons in senior positions of NABU and DBR;
- Employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and persons with the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary;
- Religious preachers, mentors and other clerics of religious organizations;
- Employees of extracurricular education;
- Half-brothers/sisters;
- Creative workers, restorers, chief custodians of funds and heads of national cultural institutions.
Postgraduate students of all forms of study (budgetary and commercial) will receive a deferment.
It is also noted that sometimes the delivery of an invitation to the nearest territorial collection center occurs with violations, so TCC employees are obliged to perform two actions before serving the summons to citizens.
