Ukraine will continue to be in the zone of influence of a warm air mass on Wednesday, December 3. Forecasters predict cloudy weather, fog and drizzle, and in some regions - light rain. This was reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
The Hydrometeorological Center notes that the country will remain outside the influence of active atmospheric fronts. The weather will be shaped by a field of increased pressure, and a moist, somewhat cooler air mass will remain at altitude. The wind will be southeasterly, weak to moderate.
These conditions will result in mostly cloudy skies and occasional fog. Light rain is possible in most regions, except for the western ones.
Fog is expected in Transcarpathia, the Carpathians, as well as in the central and southern regions at night and in the morning. Wind speed is 5–10 m/s.
Nighttime temperatures will be 0...5°C, in the east and in the mountains - from +3 to -2°C. During the day, thermometers will show 3...8°C, in the south - 7...12°C.

Cloudy, rainy weather is expected in the capital and Kyiv region on December 3. Wind is southeast, 5–10 m/s.
The temperature in the region will be 0...5°C at night, 3...8°C during the day.
In Kyiv, forecasters predict 2...4°C at night, 4...6°C during the day.
According to the forecast of weather forecaster Natalka Didenko, on December 3, wet, cloudy weather will dominate in Ukraine, and temperature indicators will remain unchanged - from +4 to +8°, in the south up to +12°.
