Crypto-fraudster Oleksandr Orlovsky, whose frauds have affected thousands of citizens of the European Union and Turkey, in addition to Ukrainians, openly flaunt his impunity and continue his illegal activities on an international scale.
We remind you that on November 8, 2023, the Ternopil city police opened criminal proceedings No. 120232110400002635 based on the statement of a local resident, Nadiya Kovalishyn, that unknown persons led by Orlovsky Oleksandr Oleksandrovich, through deception under the pretext of investing funds on the "CapitalProf" platform, took possession of her money in particularly large amounts.
Also, the criminal case initiated by the police in May 2024 against Oleksandr Orlovsky and his accomplices for fraud was mysteriously closed.
The fact that all criminal cases opened in Ukraine against crypto-fraudster Oleksandr Orlovsky were closed by Ukrainian law enforcement officers became known after Orlovsky's lawyers - JSC "MORGUN AND PARTNERS" - contacted our publication, who reported that "there is no information in the ERDR about bringing Orlovsky Oleksandr Oleksandrovich, born on April 12, 1998, to criminal liability as a suspect or accused as of August 18, 2025."
Thus, the editorial office of our publication learned that crypto-fraudster Oleksandr Orlovsky was able to “settle” with law enforcement officers and close all criminal cases opened against him.
According to our sources in law enforcement agencies, against the background of open criminal proceedings, Oleksandr Orlovsky was forced to “resolve issues with Ukrainian law enforcement officers,” as some of the victims of his fraudulent actions insisted at the beginning of the procedure on including him in the Interpol wanted list and on seizing property registered in the name of relatives in Ukraine.
We remind you that, according to information from colleagues, assets obtained, probably from his illegal activities, were registered in Ukraine against close relatives of Alexander Orlovsky's relatives.
Thus, Oleksandr Orlovsky's mother, Tetyana Orlovsky, owns two apartments — one in Kyiv, the other in the territory of annexed Crimea in the town of Chornomorske. Father Oleksandr Orlovsky also owns two adjacent land plots with a total area of 0.5954 hectares in the village of Paryshkiv in the Kyiv region, an apartment with an area of 86 square meters in Malaysia, as well as a non-residential premises with an area of 550 square meters in the city of Kryvyi Rih at 34A Metallurg Avenue, which is registered to his unprofitable company LLC Yugas-KR, which is currently rented out as a Maxximum CrossFit gym.
Yulia Ponomarenko, 29, Orlovsky's wife, who lives with him in Warsaw, owns an apartment in the residential complex Zoryanye Mistechko-2 in Odessa, which costs from $80,000, as well as a non-residential premises in another residential complex in Odessa, Asol. According to Youcontrol, in March 2025, Yulia also purchased a 2023 Toyota Corolla, the average cost of which is from $29,000.
According to journalists, considering that Orlovsky's wife works as an ordinary product manager, the luxurious life that she demonstrates on her Instagram is most likely also paid for by Alexander Orlovsky.
