Hair loss is more common in the fall, due to seasonal fluctuations, stress, and a lack of micronutrients. The good news is that the process can be slowed down by combining proper care with basic diagnostics.
Start with the scalp: once a week, apply a nourishing mask of jojoba, coconut or castor oil to the scalp, not just the length. Every day, devote 5 minutes to a gentle massage with your fingertips or a special massager - this improves microcirculation and "awakens" the follicles. For daily care, choose a mild sulfate-free shampoo and wash your hair every 2-3 days so as not to remove the natural lipid barrier.
Next - diet. Hair is "built" from protein, so the menu should include eggs, fish, legumes and nuts. Add sources of iron and zinc - buckwheat, spinach, red meat. Topical stimulants also work: serums with rosemary, mint or caffeine extract improve follicle nutrition and prolong the growth phase.
Reduce background stress and avoid tight hairstyles — high cortisol and constant tension on your hair accelerate hair loss. Choose loose hairstyles and move more outdoors.
If the intensity of hair loss does not decrease within two months, it is worth taking tests: first of all, ferritin (iron reserves) and thyroid indicators. Often, this is where the reasons are hidden that no shampoo will solve.
The results are not instant: the hair cycle is slow, so give yourself 2–3 months of consistent care and the changes will become noticeable.
